And she had been so busy with herself that she forgot. Forgot to look around and listen. Suddenly, god had given the last shot. Suddenly, the colors were shifting, And his eyes started drifting To everything, that she was not.
She had been that everything, before she lost track . Track of the sky who had always been yellow or blue. Back when calls didn’t end because “the line had cracked”. Back when mum told her “remember that your focus revolves around you”. And she looked up to ask the sky if this still held true, But she found a purple sky who did not answer back.
